Checking a trademark can be done online, in the trademark registers for country or jurisdiction. Each country has its own register, except for the Benelux, ARIPO and OAP jurisdictions. In addition, all countries of the European Union have their own trademark register collectively. The countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg are covered by the trademark register in the Benelux.
